Dr Horwill is a registered psychologist who provides compassionate and evidence-based psychological therapy to adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns. They aim to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment to help individuals better understand their difficulties and develop practical strategies to improve their wellbeing.
Dr Horwill draws upon a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. They believe in working collaboratively with each individual to tailor therapy to their unique needs and goals.
