About
Dr DuPre has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), including specialist experience in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder at UCLA Medical Center. She also worked in paediatric psychopharmacology research at Massachusetts General Hospital for two years.
Before joining Nightingale Hospital, Dr DuPre worked in a private clinic in Hong Kong, providing individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults. Since 2014, she has worked part-time at Nightingale Hospital, where she offers individual therapy sessions. Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm and bipolar disorder. She uses a tailored approach based on CBT and mindfulness techniques, helping patients increase self-awareness, build acceptance and implement sustainable changes.
Dr DuPre also works as a clinical psychologist and executive coach in other professional settings and continues to contribute to research. Her published work explores topics such as youth development, programme implementation, ADHD and social functioning.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
