About
During his time in Wales, Dylan served as a Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Specialist within the National Indoor Athletics Centre, contributing to the Wales Triathlon medical team. His role extended to being a Strength & Conditioning coach for youth athletes in various sports like tennis, football, rugby, and athletics, with a focus on optimising movement patterns for athletic development.
Dylan offers personalised running gait analysis for individuals returning to activity post-injury. Committed to continuous learning, he is currently pursuing further specialised training in bicycle fitting.
In addition to his clinical work, Dylan is an active individual who, having played professional football in Ireland, engages in running, golf, and cycling. He is an avid marathon runner currently training for his first Triathlon. Dylan also volunteers for the Stroke Association UK, providing neurorehabilitation for individuals recovering from strokes.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
