Throughout her career she has gained extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal injuries and providing Chinese cosmetology and weight loss treatments. 
Dr Gong is an expert in treating a wide range of health conditions, including cardiovascular and neurological diseases, dermatological problems, digestive disorders, and mental and emotional health issues. She also has extensive experience in gynaecology and female fertility, as part of the team at Dr. Lily's Fertility Clinic at AcuMedic where she provides assistance to patients undergoing treatment. In addition to her medical expertise, Dr. Gong also offers Chinese cosmetology treatments such as cosmetic acupuncture and weight loss therapies, as well as ear candle therapy.
She has also been teaching at the Chinese Medical Institute and Register (CMIR) for many years now.
