About Prof William Man
Professor William Man is Consultant Chest Physician at the Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust, one of the leading specialist cardiorespiratory hospitals in Europe. He is also Reader in Respiratory Medicine at the National Heart and Lung Institute, Imperial College London - one of the world's leading respiratory research units. Professor Man qualified with distinction honours at Imperial College London in 1997. He went on to train in respiratory and general internal medicine at major London teaching hospitals, including Hammersmith, St Mary's, Royal Brompton and King's College hospitals. Professor Man is an acknowledged leading international expert in chronic respiratory care, COPD, Long Covid, sleep apnoea, and pulmonary rehabilitation.
