Dr Vanessa Ruspoli is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). They utilise a range of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred, Systemic, and Psychodynamic therapy, ensuring treatment is tailored to individual needs. Dr Ruspoli is also qualified to practise Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Dr Ruspoli earned their Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from the University of Surrey. They are a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
