During this time spent training, Dr. Gossain gained knowledge and expertise under world-leading dermatologists, for conditions including psoriasis and eczema, among other specialist fields. Upon completion of her training, Dr. Gossain was appointed Consultant at the Frimley Park Hospital NHS Trust, where she has since led the medical dermatology and psoriasis clinic and also become the lead clinician for Vulval Dermatology.

Dr. Gossain is known for taking a holistic approach to treat and managing skin disease in her patients, in addition to the use of systemic agents to help clear up skin disease. She has performed over 750 procedures per year including curettage &cautery, excisions and biopsies, and is also actively involved in the medical education of trainee doctors and future dermatologists.
