About Dr Ravi Kumar
Dr. Ravi Kumar is a highly experienced Consultant Paediatrician with more than 2 decades of experience as a consultant and a further 14 years of Paediatric experience prior to that. His expertise includes the diagnosis and management of a wide range of paediatric conditions as listed below Dr. Kumar practises privately at Spire Dunedin Hospital on Bath Road in Reading, where he offers his expertise in general paediatrics. He received his specialist registrar training in the Oxford Deanery and joined the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust in Reading as a Consultant Paediatrician in 2002. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Kumar is passionate about education and training in the field of paediatrics. Over the last 18 years, he has held various roles in education and training. He has also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education and he teaches medical students from Southampton & Oxford Medical schools. He is an advanced life support instructor. He serves as a Senior Royal College Examiner for MRCPCH for Paediatric Trainees. His dedication to paediatric care and education makes him a respected figure in his field. Dr Ravi Kumar is happy to see anyone who is under 17 years of age with general paediatric problems.
