Dr Lucio D’Anna is a Consultant Neurologist based at Imperial College NHS Trust in London, with extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of a broad range of neurological conditions. He completed his specialty training in Neurology in 2015 and subsequently pursued a PhD in Clinical Neuroscience at King’s College London, where his research focused on white matter disconnection and large-scale brain networks in frontal lobe disorders.
Dr D’Anna provides comprehensive assessment and personalised care for patients presenting with migraine and chronic headache, memory difficulties and dementia, epilepsy, dizziness and balance disorders, peripheral neuropathy, functional neurological symptoms, and cerebrovascular disease including stroke and transient ischaemic attack (TIA).
He offers detailed neurological evaluations and second opinions, ensuring clear diagnostic pathways and tailored treatment plans. His clinical practice combines thorough neurological examination with advanced diagnostic techniques such as EEG, neurosonography, cardiac monitoring, and neuroradiological assessment, enabling accurate diagnosis and evidence-based management.
Alongside his clinical work, he serves as an Honorary Senior Lecturer in the Division of Brain Sciences at Imperial College London and regularly publishes in peer-reviewed journals.
