I am a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Counselling Psychologist, offering individual and couple therapy, parent coaching and executive coaching at my practice on Harley Street, London and through online sessions.

To nurture growth I combine the best of 3 worlds in my work: counselling, psychology, and coaching. By offering the empathy, connection, and exploratory space of a counsellor; the rigorous clinical training and evidence-based insights of a psychologist; and the forward focused momentum of a coach we collaborate together to transform the challenges you face. I hope to equip and empower you to continue to thrive long after our sessions have come to an end.

My Expertise

I am recognised as the UK expert in Bowen Systems, a psychological approach which focuses on the link between our social brain and our mental health, how the quality of our relationships fundamentally underpins our psychological health and well-being. Within our work together I will integrate Bowen Systems with other evidence-based psychological approaches including psychodynamic, person-centred, and cognitive behavioural therapy to ensure our sessions are highly effective and tailor made for you.

I often work with senior executives whose burnout or mental health difficulties stem from a complex combination of challenges across their work and personal lives. Working systemically allows us to create significant and meaningful change in both areas as well as enhancing your well-being.

Therapy

I work with adults and young people (16+ years) experiencing a range of mental health difficulties including anxiety disorders; stress and burnout; trauma and complex PTSD; low mood and depression; relationship difficulties; crisis or breakdown; workplace challenges; self-esteem struggles; bereavement and loss.

Couples Therapy

I work with couples who are in crisis or feeling stuck and disconnected. Our sessions will address the challenges facing you and support you to build a strong, long-lasting relationship with renewed intimacy and connection. I also work with separated couples who wish to establish a positive, collaborative co-parenting approach.

Parent Coaching

I work with parents who are feeling overwhelmed, powerless and out of their depth. Children may be struggling with behavioural challenges, mental health problems, or difficulties due to neurodiversity. I work with you to help you find your confidence again, empowering and equipping you to become the best resource possible to help your children thrive.

Executive Coaching

My coaching practice particularly focuses on empowering and equipping leaders to thrive in today’s complex, pressurised and volatile world. Typical issues include stress & work/life balance; relationship dynamics and conflict; personal presence and impact; navigating change.
