He later served as the Clinical Lead for Dermatology at Basildon and Thurrock NHS Foundation Trust, and returned to Medway Trust in 2012, where he now works primarily in the private healthcare sector.
Dr. Grech runs a busy dermatology practice in Essex and Kent, working closely with GPs, consultant physicians, surgeons, and pathologists to provide comprehensive care. He is also dedicated to education, running workshops, lectures, and tutorials for general practitioners in his local area.
With extensive surgical dermatology training and years of collaboration with plastic surgeons in skin cancer care, Dr. Grech has an excellent track record in treating skin cancer patients.
