Dr Ludman is a consultant cardiologist with experience in all aspects of cardiology. They have a sub-specialty interest in heart failure, cardiomyopathy (a disease of the heart muscle), heart valve disease and advanced cardiovascular imaging (MRI, CT and echocardiography). Dr Ludman sees patients for all problems that may be related to the heart, including chest pain, palpitations, breathlessness, high blood pressure and reducing the risk of future heart problems.

Dr Ludman has published widely in leading medical and cardiology journals and has authored and contributed to numerous book chapters and textbooks. They have also contributed to the development of local and national clinical guidelines. Dr Ludman regularly delivers educational talks on a variety of subjects, both locally and nationally.
