About
Dr Dalvi trained at the Charing Cross basic and higher specialist Psychiatric scheme and obtained his MRCPsych in 2003. Following his initial training, he worked as a Specialist Registrar in Old Age, General Adult and Liaison Psychiatry at the Chelsea& Westminster Hospital. Dr Dalvi worked as an Academic SpR & Honorary Research Fellow with Professor Barnes and Professor Joyce in Imperial College School of Medicine on the West London First Episode study. He obtained his CCT in General Adult and Old Age Psychiatry with a Liaison sub speciality in October 2007 following which he worked as a Consultant within the Central and North West London Foundation Trust.
Dr. Dalvi is active in research, and has international experience in Drug trials. This includes the the SCAB 2009 Lamotrigine Mania Study in India. He has worked as an expert medical member on the Charing Cross Research & Ethics Committee. Dr Dalvi also works for the Clinical Equivalence committee at the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
