Diana Randall
Psychotherapy
About
Diana has facilitated a range of therapeutic groups during her time at the hospital, including CBT, interpersonal therapy (IPT), anger management, and general support groups. She is also experienced in working with patients diagnosed with psychosis.
Her approach combines psychodynamic principles with cognitive behavioural techniques and includes elements of mindfulness and meditation, which she has practised for more than four decades. Diana incorporates insights from Buddhist and Christian philosophies into her work, with an emphasis on compassion and helping patients gain new perspectives on their experiences.
Before joining Nightingale Hospital, Diana worked in education in both the UK and Australia, including roles in schools, the prison service, and with young people and their families. She also held leadership positions such as Lead Learning Mentor in Wandsworth and worked in the business sector as an outplacement counsellor.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
