About Dr David Weinstein
Dr David Weinstein is an NHS General Practitioner based in Brighton with over 17 years of clinical experience. He is a TRT clinician specialising in men’s health, with a particular focus on the diagnosis and treatment of low testosterone. Alongside his NHS work, Dr Weinstein established a dedicated men’s health clinic to offer personalised, patient-centred reviews of health and wellbeing. His clinical focus includes assessing symptoms related to testosterone deficiency and providing appropriate treatment where indicated. Dr Weinstein’s interest in testosterone replacement therapy developed following his own experience of low energy, reduced mood, weight gain, and declining exercise recovery, despite maintaining an active lifestyle. Subsequent testing confirmed low testosterone levels, and treatment led to measurable improvements in his health. This experience informed his decision to pursue further specialist training. In 2023, he completed a testosterone-focused course at Harvard Medical School in the United States, where testosterone replacement therapy is routinely assessed and managed as part of men’s healthcare. Following this training, he founded the Sussex Wellman Clinic to support men in the UK who may benefit from structured assessment and management of testosterone deficiency. Through his clinical work, Dr Weinstein provides assessment, education, and treatment planning for men experiencing symptoms related to hormonal health, alongside broader considerations of physical and mental wellbeing.
