Daniel Philip Berends is a registered psychologist who prioritises the individual experiences, values, and objectives of their clients. They strive to create a relaxed and non-judgemental environment where evidence-based treatment is central. They are passionate about how acceptance and mindfulness can enhance our understanding of ourselves, others, and life. Their therapeutic approach is tailored to each client's needs, guided by individual values, and focuses on supportive and goal-directed counselling.

This involves exploring thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to develop a plan for improving their experience of life. Their practice incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
