Dr Dalia Abdelrahman Azab is a Cardiology Specialist with experience in cardiovascular medicine across Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. Prior to relocating to the UAE, she worked at the National Heart Institute, where she progressed from Cardiology Resident to Cardiology Specialist.
Dr Azab graduated with an MB BCh (Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery) with honours from Ain Shams University in 2010. She completed a Master’s degree in Cardiology and Cardiovascular Medicine at Ain Shams University in 2017 and was awarded a PhD (MD) in Cardiology and Cardiovascular Medicine from Benha University in 2023.
Her postgraduate training includes advanced echocardiography (transthoracic and transoesophageal), paediatric echocardiography, and cardiac imaging. She completed a cardiac CT and cardiac MRI fellowship at Aswan Heart Centre and undertook an interventional cardiology fellowship under the WIN APSIC programme at Apollo Hospital Indore. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association.
Dr Azab regularly participates in cardiology conferences and continuing medical education activities. Her clinical interests include cardiac imaging, interventional cardiology and the comprehensive management of cardiovascular disease.
