Her passion for the field extends to her involvement in The Sleep Charity, where she serves on the Sleep Council Advisory Board, contributing to important initiatives aimed at improving sleep health across the UK.

In 2024, Dr. Clare Simon co-founded Airway School, a platform dedicated to educating healthcare professionals on dental sleep medicine, airway health, myofunctional therapy, and related fields.
