Recognising that each individual's needs are unique, Ciara ensures her practice is flexible and tailored to meet the specific requirements of each client.
With a strong belief in the importance of unconditional support, Ciara employs empathetic listening and a genuine presence in her sessions. Her expertise covers a wide range of issues including anxiety, bereavement, career guidance, chronic illness, depression, life transitions, men's and women's issues, relationship challenges, self-esteem, spirituality, stress, trauma, and PTSD.
Through her holistic approach and compassionate demeanour, Ciara strives to empower clients to navigate life's challenges, achieve personal insights, and cultivate resilience for a fulfilling life journey.
