Dr Chloe Herrick-Bourke
Psychology
About
She has experience working with clients facing anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation difficulties, as well as those adjusting to life changes such as health diagnoses or personal loss. In addition, she provides specialist support for neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, and has worked extensively with families affected by neurological conditions such as Alzheimer’s.
At Oak Grove Psychology, Dr Herrick-Bourke also supports clients recovering from personal injury or trauma, offering interventions to manage pain, emotional distress, and adjustment. Her therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centred, ensuring every individual feels safe, understood, and empowered in their therapy journey.
She draws on a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Systemic Therapy, and Behavioural Therapy. Her goal is to help people build resilience, process their experiences, and move forward with confidence.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
