She is regularly invited to speak at longevity, menopause and women’s heath events, and is actively involved in breast health education initiatives in schools.

In her leadership roles, Miss Lobo established the Breast Sarcoma Tertiary Referral Centre for the London Sarcoma Service (Europe’s largest sarcoma service) and co-founded the charity Phyllodes UK. She also served as Co-Chair of the Proton Beam Therapy and Cancer Development Board at University College London Hospital.

An Imperial College London graduate with honours, Miss Lobo trained at the Royal Marsden. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons England and an active member of the Association of Breast Surgeons. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented nationally and internationally. Outside medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family, art history and architectural design.
