Charlotte Newton is a passionate and dedicated Osteopath and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner committed to helping people of all ages move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. She earned her Master’s in Osteopathy (MOst) from the University College of Osteopathy and further specialised in Paediatric Osteopathy with a Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip SPOP). Fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), Charlotte continually expands her skills and knowledge, currently completing her Certification in Lifestyle Medicine (CertLM) to offer even more comprehensive care.
Charlotte takes a holistic, whole-body approach to treatment, looking beyond symptoms to address the root causes of discomfort. By integrating lifestyle medicine into her practice, she guides patients in making small yet impactful changes that support recovery and long-term well-being. Her areas of expertise include managing postural strains and desk-related aches, providing relief for lower back pain and headaches, as well as offering specialised care in paediatric and baby osteopathy. She is also highly skilled in addressing stress-related and multifaceted conditions.
In her practice, Charlotte employs a range of hands-on techniques, including structural and cranial osteopathy, soft tissue therapy and myofascial release, joint mobilization, and Muscle Energy Techniques (MET). She also emphasises the importance of proper breathing mechanics and provides tailored exercise plans to support her patients’ rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, Charlotte enjoys spending time in nature, exploring new places, and staying active through Pilates, strength training, and long walks. She firmly believes that movement is medicine and strives to inspire her patients to find enjoyable ways to maintain strength and resilience in their daily lives.
