Dr. Riordan maintains a strong connection with IVF through her affiliation with First IVF, where she performs oocyte retrievals and embryo transfers. She also collaborates closely with colleagues in some of the main IVF clinics in Dublin. She is an active member of several prestigious organisations, including the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), the British Fertility Society (BFS), and the Society for the Study of Male Reproduction (SSMR).
