With a background in mental health care both in hospital and community settings, Bridie brings warmth, depth, and insight to her private practice. She believes in each individual’s innate capacity for growth and change and works relationally to foster awareness and choice in the therapeutic process. Bridie values creating a safe and compassionate space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to engage with all parts of themselves; vulnerable, strong, and human.

Bridie continues to deepen her practice through ongoing professional development, including involvement with Madison Gestalt Training and regular supervision.
