Dr. Boryana Gaydeva ist Fachärztin für Allgemeinchirurgie mit Spezialisierung auf Darmgesundheit sowie minimalinvasive und ambulante chirurgische Verfahren. Sie verfügt über mehr als zehn Jahre Erfahrung in der Chirurgie und führt ihre Ordination in Wien. Zusätzlich bietet sie Behandlungen am Standort in Gmünd NÖ an. Ihre Arbeit verbindet fundierte klinische Erfahrung mit einem modernen, patientenorientierten Ansatz, der Diagnostik, Therapie und Nachsorge einschließt. Ihre medizinische Laufbahn begann an einer universitären Fachklinik in Sofia, wo sie im Team führender Darmchirurgen ausgebildet wurde. Anschließend war sie viele Jahre als Chirurgin am Landesklinikum Zwettl tätig, bevor sie ihre eigene Praxis gründete. Die Tätigkeit im stationären Bereich ermöglichte ihr ein breites Spektrum in der Allgemein- und Viszeralchirurgie sowie umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Behandlung komplexer Krankheitsbilder. In der ambulanten Versorgung legt Dr. Gaydeva großen Wert auf klare medizinische Kommunikation und eine kontinuierliche Betreuung. Sie führt diagnostische und operative Leistungen eigenständig durch und bietet zudem Vorsorgeuntersuchungen, endoskopische Verfahren und proktologische Behandlungen an. Stationäre operative Eingriffe erfolgen bei Bedarf durch sie am Landesklinikum Gmünd. Sie behandelt ein breites Spektrum allgemein- und viszeralchirurgischer Erkrankungen. Dazu gehören: Koloskopie Gastroskopie Rektoskopie Proktologische Diagnostik und Behandlung Ambulante chirurgische Eingriffe (z. B. Hautveränderungen, subkutane Tumoren, Narbenkorrekturen) Minimalinvasive und laparoskopische Chirurgie (z. B. Hernien, Gallenblase)
