Dr Ben Davis is a highly qualified GP with a specialist interest in sexual medicine, combining expertise in general practice, sexual medicine and psychotherapy.
He trained at the University of Cambridge and UCL graduating with distinction in 2013 and a PhD in population health. Initially training in obstetrics and gynaecology before transitioning to general practice, he has additional qualifications in internal medicine (MRCP), sexual and reproductive health (DFSRH) and sexual medicine (FECSM). One of only a handful of doctors internationally to be dual trained in sexual medicine and psychosexual therapy, he supports a wide range of people with sexual difficulties in addition to the breadth of general practice.
With over a decade of clinical experience, Ben combines deep medical knowledge with emotional intelligence and warmth. He understands that health is more than just test results and medications, and how important it is for people to feel heard, supported and empowered in healthcare.
Ben is lead for general practice at Central Health London, a Fellow of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine and serves on the organising committee of the British Society of Sexual Medicine.
