Dr Locarnini provides a warm, safe and confidential environment for clients to explore their concerns. They aim to work collaboratively with clients to develop a shared understanding of their individual circumstances and to develop strategies to assist them to achieve their therapeutic goals.
Dr Locarnini draws on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to tailor treatment to each client's individual needs. They are passionate about assisting clients to improve their relationship with themselves and others.
