Hakkında
Andrew Mostyn was drawn to optics during his fourth year of school when he undertook work experience at his local independent opticians in Arbroath. His interest in science and the range of gadgets used in the field sparked his interest, as well as the personal connections he witnessed between the optician and their patients.
After completing his education at Glasgow Caledonian University and earning a first-class honours degree in optometry, Andrew gained over 18 years of experience in the field before he joined Urquhart Opticians in March 2021. He has enjoyed getting to know his colleagues and building his patient base in Kilmarnock. Andrew finds fulfilment in making connections with his patients, some of whom he has been testing for over 15 years from his previous roles, and looks forward to continuing to build those relationships at Urquhart Opticians.
