About
Mr. Shiatis completed his rigorous surgical training within the prestigious London Deanery as a Nationally Appointed Plastic Surgery Trainee. He earned his FRCS(Plast) specialty qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons, England, and joined the GMC specialist register as a plastic surgeon in 2021. His extensive training spans some of London's top hospitals, including Guy's and St Thomas’ Hospital, Royal Free Hospital, and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Further honing his skills, Mr. Shiatis completed a microsurgery fellowship at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, specializing in Breast and Head and Neck Reconstruction. He has also gained significant experience in aesthetic surgery through collaborations with senior plastic surgeons in London and by attending numerous courses and seminars both nationally and internationally.
Currently, Mr. Shiatis is a Substantive Consultant at Bart’s Health NHS Trust, where he focuses on microsurgery, breast cancer reconstruction, and complex trauma reconstruction. He is dedicated to the education of junior doctors and is actively involved in academic research, with multiple publications in renowned surgical journals.
In his private practice, Mr. Shiatis offers a comprehensive range of both surgical and non-surgical procedures. His aesthetic expertise includes body and breast surgeries such as breast enhancement (implants and lipotransfer), breast reduction, mastopexy (breast lift), correction of breast asymmetry, various forms of abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction, body lift, thigh lift, arm lift, and the popular mummy-makeover. His cosmetic surgery practice is based at Fitzrovia Hospital. He is also proficient in facial rejuvenation techniques, including blepharoplasty, and non-surgical treatments like anti-wrinkle injections and polynucleotide therapy.
Mr. Shiatis extends his reconstructive surgery expertise to the private sector, specializing in complex microsurgery, particularly breast cancer reconstruction, with an enhanced recovery protocol for early discharge and rehabilitation. These surgical options are based at Nuffield Health at St Bartholomew Hospital.
He also offers minor procedures such as keloid treatment, earlobe repairs, minor op, skin surgery and gynaecomastia treatment using VASER liposuction and Renuvion at UKSKIN on Harley Street.
