Ihr Medizinstudium schloss Dr. Wolff 1999 an der Universität Tübingen, der Freien Universität Berlin, der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin sowie der Universität Paris VII ab. Und promovierte im Jahr 2000 in der Abteilung für Unfall- und Wiederherstellungschirurgie am Campus Virchow. Seit 2013 ist sie Fachärztin für Plastische und Ästhetische Chirurgie und seit 2015 Mitglied des Europäischen Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
Nach ihrem Abschluss arbeitete Dr. Wolff an diversen Kliniken in den Bereichen Plastische Chirurgie, Handchirurgie, Brandverletzungen und Lasermedizin, bevor sie sich 2017 mit der Praxis Wolff & Edusei in Berlin selbstständig machte.
