She has since led and developed DBT programmes across Melbourne and London, and received the APT Excellence in DBT award for her work. In her previous role at the Maudsley Hospital, she delivered DBT for adolescents and their families as part of the National and Specialist CAMHS DBT service. She also provided training and supervision across NHS and private services, contributing to the design and implementation of inpatient and outpatient DBT programmes. Her wider experience includes leading specialist services for personality and eating disorders within NHS England, delivering therapy to individuals and families, and providing consultation and coaching focused on behavioural and personality psychology. She continues to support services in development, training, and supervision, maintaining an active role in service strategy and delivery in line with NICE guidelines.
