Alex Onome Aroh, originally from Nigeria, has been living in Ireland for over 15 years with his wife and children. He holds a BSc Honours in Psychology from Dublin City University (DCU) and an MSc in Psychotherapy from the same institution. Since 2019, Alex has been running a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programme and has been involved with SOSAD (Save Our Sons and Daughters) since 2020, focusing on suicide prevention in Ireland. He is a member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
Alex’s treatment approach includes Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Integrative Psychotherapy, offering a tailored approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
