He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from the University of Durham, a Diploma in Evidence-Based Medicine in Anxiety Disorders from the Lundbeck Institute in Denmark, and additional qualifications in Lifestyle Medicine and Clinical Nutrition from Weill Cornell Medicine, Qatar.

He has received recognition for excellence in patient care, including awards from the UK NHS and commendations from MIND UK. He has also served as a Member of the Board of Examiners for the Royal College of Psychiatrists in the UK.
