As a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists since 2007, Dr. Kumar has demonstrated his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional practice. He has spent the last decade serving as a consultant psychiatrist in an NHS Crisis Resolution Team in London, where he specialises in adult mental health problems. Dr. Kumar has developed a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing mental health crises, utilising a holistic approach to understand and address their needs.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Kumar is passionate about meditation and actively teaches meditation techniques in his spare time. His areas of expertise include attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety, stress, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Dr. Kumar's diverse educational background and extensive experience enable him to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to his patients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges with confidence and resilience.
