Die Psychotherapie Praxis Knies ist eine Praxis für Psychotherapie mit Schwerpunkt Traumatherapie in Hannover. Die Praxis bietet Unterstützung bei der Aufarbeitung von traumatischen Erfahrungen sowie bei psychischen Belastungen im Rahmen einer ambulanten Betreuung.

Dazu gehören unter anderem traumabezogene Belastungen, emotionale Blockaden sowie das Gefühl, in bestimmten Lebenssituationen festgefahren zu sein. Die Behandlung erfolgt im Rahmen einer strukturierten therapeutischen Begleitung mit Fokus auf Stabilisierung und Verarbeitung belastender Erfahrungen.
Die Praxis wird von Torsten Knies geführt, Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie mit Spezialisierung auf traumatherapeutische Verfahren. Die therapeutische Arbeit umfasst unter anderem Gesprächstherapie, körperorientierte Ansätze sowie Verfahren zur Ressourcenstärkung und Stabilisierung.
Die Praxis befindet sich in Hannover und bietet Termine nach Vereinbarung an. Die Behandlung erfolgt im Rahmen einer privat geführten Praxis mit Einzeltherapie sowie ergänzenden Beratungsangeboten.
