Sue Crookes is a qualified and registered counsellor with over 20 years of experience working with adults and young people. She utilises a person-centered approach, tailoring her therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual. Sue draws on a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy, to help clients develop coping mechanisms, improve communication skills, and build resilience.
