The team at Portobello annually provides over 3000 hours of counselling, supporting more than 300 clients with over 20,000 hours of coaching. The unique structure of the full-time case management team allows for dedicated support to up to 30 clients concurrently. Regardless of location, whether in New York, Amsterdam, Johannesburg, Riyadh, Kuala Lumpur, or elsewhere, Portobello is ready to work with clients both in person and online. The Portobello Behavioural Health Surrey office is located in Brighter Spaces at 54 Quarry Street in Guildford.
Portobello arranges and coordinates appointments and translates complex clinical language into easily understood directions. Accountability is an important part of Portobello's approach, as the team works closely with clients to keep them on track with the changes they commit to making.
In the partnership with clients, the Portobello team prioritise the development and implementation of clinically robust treatment plans. The organisation understands the importance of risk minimisation, and its dynamic review process allows for rapid action when necessary.
