Hi, I’m Mairead (rhymes with parade).
I’m a women’s health, sports and pelvic floor physiotherapist, founder of Pelican Health in Langwarrin, and a mum of three. I know firsthand how hard it can be to access quality care during life’s biggest transitions.
I live to empower active women to optimise health, movement and confidence across puberty, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and beyond.
Whether you’re managing pelvic pain, prolapse, incontinence, constipation, or returning to running, lifting or sport after birth, during pregnancy or into menopause — I create clear, evidence-based plans that work in real life.
I also treat hypertonic pelvic floor dysfunction, sexual pain, abdominal separation (DRAM), and help with strength and performance for female athletes. My work blends pelvic health with elite sports physiotherapy to support women through puberty, motherhood, menopause and recovery.
I am proudly inclusive, LGBTQIA+ safe, and available Australia-wide via telehealth.
