Dr Clare, Helen and the entire team is committed to raising awareness, providing solutions, and empowering women to take control of their menopause so that no woman has to navigate this transformative phase alone.
The team at My Menopause Centre understand the confusion and challenges surrounding the menopause and is committed to providing clarity and empowerment. At the core of the clinic's philosophy is a commitment to attentive listening, ensuring an understanding of each woman's unique experiences, symptoms, goals, and needs, as well as rejecting a one-size-fits-all approach.
