Mina Bancheva is a highly experienced and qualified psychotherapist based in Bath, United Kingdom. She offers a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and to work towards positive change.
Mina has a particular interest in working with adults experiencing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem. She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.
