Medefer uses a remote-first approach to manage outpatient pathways, enabling many patients to receive specialist advice and follow-up care without attending hospital appointments. Where necessary, diagnostic tests and face-to-face services are coordinated through a network of local providers to ensure continuity of care.
The organisation also offers private healthcare services for selected conditions, including menopause support, prostate testing, sleep disorders, dermatological concerns, and weight management. These services are delivered through fixed-price pathways and may not require a GP referral.
