Heal Within was founded by Linda Culleton in 2016 to provide powerful natural treatments for people suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety. Linda Culleton, an expert in OCD and anxiety, has worked with high-profile clients both nationally and internationally. Her approach focuses on healing the root cause of the issue, not just the symptoms, as that is where true life transformations take place.
Linda's journey began while working as an accountant when she pushed her body and mind to the limit, resulting in severe anxiety. During this difficult time, she coped with weekends fueled by alcohol, which only worsened her anxiety. She later developed OCD, experiencing intrusive thoughts of harming herself and others, which devastated her confidence.
Unsure of how to deal with these symptoms, Linda was prescribed medication but felt there must be another way. This belief sparked her healing journey. She began taking Kundalini yoga and meditation classes, eventually training to become a teacher. During her training, she discovered a specific breath exercise called the OCD Breath in Kundalini Yoga Meditation, which transformed her life. This discovery ignited her passion for helping others prevent and recover from OCD and educating people on its symptoms for early detection.
Linda is now a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Instructor, Breathwork facilitator, and Kids yoga teacher. She is passionate about empowering people with the life skills and tools needed to live a healthy and happy life. Linda is also the author of "My Gratitude Journal for Kids," a 26-week gratitude journal focusing on teaching life skills to children through mindfulness, yoga, and interactive games. She offers one-to-one consultations, group programs, and Skype programs.
