Children who live at the lodge on a permanent basis have the same freedom to decorate their rooms as they do at home, and are encouraged to be involved in the management of their house and to try new things when they can. Plenty of excursions are arranged so that residents can enjoy all of the normal fun family activities; popular requests include Butterfly World and the Alan Shearer Centre.
