Empathy Counselling Services is based in Ireland and provides counselling and psychotherapy services for adults, adolescents, couples and families. The practice offers support for a range of emotional and psychological difficulties through confidential, client-centred therapeutic care.
The service provides counselling for anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns and life transitions. Couples counselling, adolescent support and family therapy services are also available.
Empathy Counselling Services works with qualified therapists who use integrative and evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs. Therapeutic methods may include person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy and mindfulness-based approaches where appropriate.
The practice focuses on providing a supportive and non-judgemental therapeutic environment, with treatment plans adapted according to each individual’s emotional wellbeing goals and circumstances.
