Im DEDZ erwartet Patienten ein erfahrenes Team von Koloproktologen, die alle auf dem neuesten Stand der Forschung sind. Das Zentrum legt großen Wert auf eine individuelle und ganzheitliche Behandlung und bietet ein breites Spektrum an diagnostischen und therapeutischen Verfahren an.
Neben der ambulanten und stationären Behandlung von Erkrankungen wie Hämorrhoiden, Analfisteln und Darmkrebs, liegt ein besonderer Schwerpunkt des DEDZ auf der Vorsorge. So werden beispielsweise Darmspiegelungen zur Früherkennung von Darmkrebs angeboten. Das DEDZ ist eng mit der Universitätsmedizin Mannheim (UMM) verbunden, wodurch Patienten von einer optimalen Vernetzung und interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit profitieren.
Das DEDZ ist sowohl mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und bietet Patienten eine angenehme Atmosphäre, um sich wohlzufühlen.
