The Centre for Perinatal Psychology provides compassionate and specialised psychological care for individuals and families throughout the perinatal period. This encompasses the time before conception, during pregnancy, and in the year following birth. The team understands that this life stage can bring about unique challenges and emotional complexities.
The Centre offers evidence-based therapies tailored to address a range of perinatal mental health concerns. These include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, birth trauma, and adjustment difficulties. The team is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their feelings and develop coping strategies.
The goal is to empower individuals to navigate the journey of parenthood with greater confidence and wellbeing. The team believes in early intervention and provides comprehensive assessments and treatment plans to meet individual needs.
