Bodyset Chafford Hundred is Bodyset's newly opened physiotherapy clinic located in Bannatyne Health Club and Spa, Howard Road.

The team at Bodyset believe that physiotherapy is not only useful for relieving pain and recovering from injury, but can also improve physical performance, prevent injury and enhance one's everyday life. The team all share the same goal, to help their clients reach their optimum so they can continue to do the things they love and enjoy, as pain free as they possibly can.
At your physiotherapy assessment, a specialist will perform a BodyCheck to assess how you move and how you feel. From this they are able to provide a clear and accurate diagnosis. Following diagnosis, you will receive treatment to alleviate any immediate symptoms or discomfort. The specialist will then work with you to develop a personalised recovery plan to fit your diagnosis and suit your needs, strengths and weaknesses. Your progress is tracked throughout the program allowing you to both feel and see your results as you progress.
