The Tipperary Town clinic at Eyesight Opticians is one of Blackberry Hearing’s five locations across County Tipperary, alongside Clonmel, Nenagh, Cahir and Thurles. This clinic is led by resident audiologist Rachel Croke, MSc Audiology, who provides free hearing tests, ear examinations, hearing aid fittings and adjustments, and ear wax removal. Clients can also benefit from a free PRSI grant check, which helps to make hearing aids more affordable for those eligible. The clinic is wheelchair accessible, with the testing room located on the ground floor, ensuring ease of access for all visitors.
As part of Blackberry Hearing’s nationwide network, the Tipperary Town clinic delivers the same professional audiology services available across its Irish-owned and operated centres, with home and nursing home visits offered for those unable to attend in person.
In addition to Tipperary Town, Blackberry Hearing operates further county clinics at The Foot Care Centre in Clonmel, Dr Brian Kennedy’s GP Practice in Nenagh, Durkan Opticians in Cahir and Thurles Family Practice in Thurles, making high-quality audiology services widely accessible throughout Tipperary.
