Aurora Bariatrics is a specialist Weight Loss and Bariatric Surgery clinic based in the Murdoch Medical Centre in Perth. The clinic is run by expert Consultant Bariatric and General Surgeon Dr Ruth Blackham and her team of practitioners specialised in endocrinology, dietetics, physiotherapy, psychology, nephrology and general practice.

The patient journey at Aurora Bariatrics begins with an in depth, holistic health history check. The team of specialists then, using the health history data collected, tailor the solution to the patient. The clinic offers both surgical and non-surgical weight loss treatments. The surgical treatments offered include:

- Mini gastric bypass
- Laparoscopic gastric banding
The non-surgical weight loss programs are based on a combination of treatments, including: dietary therapy, drug therapy, regular exercise and behaviour modification.
