Acıbadem Healthcare Group’s ambition to deliver world-class care has led to the expansion of its facilities both in Turkey and internationally, with hospitals in North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Serbia, and the Netherlands since 2011. The Acıbadem International Patient Centre is the primary point of contact for international patients. The process begins with acquiring and reviewing the patient’s medical history, which can be submitted via email, fax, or mail. Once the medical documents are reviewed, the Patient Centre reaches out to the patient to facilitate their care.
The Patient Services Centre, staffed by experienced officers, manages every detail of the patient’s journey from arrival to departure. This includes coordinating airport pickup, providing personal interpreters, and delivering copies of medical reports. Each decision is tailored to the patient’s medical needs and personal preferences, ensuring a smooth and personalised healthcare experience.
